On the 21st April 2014 GlobalTechserve Marine Sdn Bhd has entered into a MOU agreement to have a joint venture led with Conclinic Co Ltd (Korea). A meeting in Kuala Lumpur was held earlier between Mr.Yong Ha Yoo, Chairman of Conclinic Co., Ltd, Mr.Tengku Derritz Idzran, MD of GlobalTechserve Marine Sdn Bhd and Mr. Kamal Azad Kamaruddin, Executive Director of GlobalTechserve Marine Sdn Bhd on the 6th April 2014.
This MOU works the start effort between two parties on Structural Inspection, Repair & Maintenance projects in Malaysia.
